Spoke provides our team with freedom of communication. They have access to the rich feature set of an enterprise telephone system right on their mobile phone. Our team members have conversions with each other and/or our customers from anywhere. We are no longer tied to our desk phone. Importantly, our team can also control when they are available for calls and easily access voice mail and call recordings. Conference Calls - WOW! They are so simple on Spoke. No special numbers to remember, no pin codes. Just setup the call and then Spoke does the rest.
Spoke is extremely impressive. I have used a number of VOIP services over the years, which have been plagued by poor UI and UX, terrible call quality, and/or high costs. Spoke suffers from none of these. Their HD call quality is so good, it sounds like you’re sitting in the room next to the other person. This is a company to watch!
I was with Telstra. Spoke can do exactly the same thing on my mobile - saving about $800 a month! I moved my business numbers to Spoke, so now I can run my business from my mobile anywhere in the world. I purchased a New Zealand and UK number, and can answer these on my mobile too. Their Tech Support is brilliant, I was setup and running in about 10 minutes. I can't recommend these guys highly enough - absolutely brilliant!
Refreshing to be dealing with a comms company that actually communicates and delivers! Pros: Easy install, easy use, and great functionality. Cons: At [the] moment we are 100% happy. Also happy to be a referral. If any, the only frustration was at the porting end of our existing suppliers; however Spoke made the process easy.
We love the Spoke app! Its assisted us in fully virtualising our office and cutting off $300,000.00 in costs!
